This is streaming-only rockabilly / rock’n’roll release from the Finnish brothers Bob Cat and Matt The Cat. The group has been around since 1989 and still going strong. Once again, this CD was produced by Matt The Cat. The set is a compilation of four EP’s that were released during 2022 via several streaming services.

Noisy Cats consists of Esa and Marko singing and playing everything you can (and cannot) hear on this set.  However, the origin of their inspiration dates back to the sound of the 1950’s. This album is their homage to those original stars of the 50’s. Precisely 75% of the CD are covers, the rest being Noisy Cats’ own material.

So far Bob and Matt, aka Esa Wirta and Marko Virta, have recorded mostly original material with some significant exceptions to the rule. Also, you can hear them sing and play for example on Spotify and other streaming services.
